This is the place to start once your charge point has been installed.
The first step is to make sure your charge point has been turned on. If power has been supplied to the unit, you should see one or more indicator lights visible on the front panel.
For the best user experience, we recommend that your charge point be left on all the time.
If your charge point has a socket outlet, you'll need to plug one end of the cable into the charge point. If your charge point has a lead attached, you can skip this step.
Charging leads are available in the accessories section of our website.
You can now plug the other end of the lead into the charging socket on your vehicle.
Your vehicle should request a charge immediately, if it doesn't please first check that it isn't fully charged, or that a charge timer isn't set in your vehicle or on the charge point.
Please note that there is no danger of your vehicle overcharging. Once finished, it will stop requesting power from the charge point.
Once your vehicle has finished charging, unplug the connector from the vehicle.
Do not switch the charge point off before disconnecting the cable from your vehicle.
If your charge point has a socket outlet you must remove the plug from your vehicle before removing it from the charge point. If you can't remove the plug from your vehicle, please check that the vehicle is unlocked.
