Once the form is complete, we’ll send the customer a site survey to start the installation process, and the Sales Ambassador will receive email confirmation that the order has been received.

  • No ceiling or underfloor access (if there is no access, it will result in a variation).
  • Upgrades to infrastructure.
  • Upgrades to switchboard
  • Additional cable over 25m
  • Cases where the charger is installed away from building that the main switchboard is located in.
  • Rectifying of non-compliant existing works.
  • Work that takes place in commercial buildings.
  • Tag-outs for apartment buildings (RFID).
  • Extensive travel cost.
