The Evnex E2 Plus is a 7.4kW single-phase EV charger that offers speed, safety, and increased flexibility and personalisation to EV drivers.

 

It combines NZ-made build quality with cutting-edge smart features, including charge scheduling, solar smarts, and home overload protection. It comes in a range of colours inspired by the natural environment, and an extra-long 8-metre cable.

 

If you don't have solar, or don't plan to soon, consider our E2 Flex.

Important notes

 

All Evnex chargers require an internet connection for continued operation. This can be provided via Wi-Fi, cellular, or Ethernet (depending on the charger model). Chargers can operate (without smart features) for up to 28 days at a time without connection.

 

Please note that if you’re in Queensland, installing a home EV charger that draws more than 20 amps requires active device management to manage electricity demand. Evnex chargers comply with this regulation by offering a 20A nameplate rating (4.6 kW), meeting the rules without additional hardware or restrictions.

Warranty

 

Residential chargers have a warranty of four years, and commercially-installed chargers have a warranty of three years.

 

Installation

 

Professional installation is required for this charger to function as advertised. This purchase option does not include installation services. You are responsible for organising a professional installation service and ensuring the installer follows all necessary installation instructions.
