Evnex X7
The X7 is a single-phase, 7.4kW smart EV charger with three-phase monitoring capabilities. It combines NZ-made build quality with high-performance features perfect for both homes and commercial installations. For businesses, multiple X7s can be connected by our powerful fleet management software, which gives you full oversight of charging activity, emissions, and costs.

What's not included
- Socket configurations of X-series chargers do not include a charging cable
- CTs supporting incoming supplies greater than 100amps (250amp and 400amp available). Required: 1-pair or 3-pair (depending on number of phases to be monitored), overall screened instrumentation cable, ≥0.5mm² and appropriately rated at the max. voltage present in the switchboard (≥230/400V), between the main switchboard and the charger location.

Important note for Queenslanders
Please note that if you’re in Queensland, installing a home EV charger that draws more than 20 amps requires active device management to manage electricity demand. Evnex chargers comply with this regulation by offering a 20A nameplate rating (4.6 kW), meeting the rules without additional hardware or restrictions. Learn more here.
Installation
Professional installation is required for this charger to function as advertised. This purchase option does not include installation services. You are responsible for organising a professional installation service and ensuring the installer follows all necessary installation instructions.

Important notes
All Evnex chargers require an internet connection for continued operation. This can be provided via Wi-Fi, cellular, or Ethernet (depending on the charger model). Chargers can operate (without smart features) for up to 28 days at a time without connection.
