Evnex Limited (we, us or our) provides electric vehicle charging solutions in New Zealand and Australia.
In operating our business we collect, store, process, use and disclose personal information belonging to a range of people including our customers and suppliers. when our Product is installed at your property, at the time of installation and at any other time we are required to visit your property or otherwise support our Product and/or deliver our Services.

We will primarily collect and process Personal Information in New Zealand and Australia.
The Personal Information that we collect is stored on our servers. The servers are physically located in Sydney, Australia.

We take website and credit card security seriously and always endeavour to provide a secure platform on which to make online payments. Our Website is secured by modern SSL encryption methods. We use a leading online payment provider and your credit card data is not stored by us.

We will send you emails throughout the ordering and purchasing process. If you have any post-sales enquiries we will communicate with you by email or phone.
